Return And Exchange Policy

Refund Policy

  • Refunds will only be processed on the same account from which you initiated the refund.
  • You should notify the company via e-mail (info@vapeandco.com.pk) within three days of purchase if your item or package is damaged, faulty, or in any way defective to claim a successful exchange or a refund.
  • No money will be refunded for products returned without any manufacturing defect.

Please Note: Shipping Charges are non-refundable. Moreover, any additional handling and shipping costs would be the customer’s responsibility.

Exchange Policy

  • If there is no manufacturer defect and the product is functioning properly, yet you still wish to exchange a product, you must notify us within 3 days of receiving the product.
  • You can exchange the product for a new product in the same category or receive store credit.

Products That Cannot Be Returned

VAPE & CO offers a 15-day limited warranty on all our products except the following due to re-use & hygiene issues:

  • E-Liquids
  • Batteries
  • Tips & Mouthpieces
  • Atomizers
  • Cartomizers
  • Coils & Tanks

We request customers to properly check their products before using them within 3 days. Once this time passes, these products will not be returned or exchanged due to re-use issues.

We ship our products to our customers in perfect conditions; however, if the products mentioned above are damaged during the shipment process, we may accept returns.
